Together, the Senior Leadership Team is responsible for the day-to-day running of Winnersh Primary School.  The progress of each and every child matters to us, regardless of academic ability. What unites us as a team is our inclusive approach to teaching and learning, and our belief that with the right support and a positive learning environment, all children can make excellent progress.

Each member of the Senior Leadership Team has a specific role:

• Overall responsibility for the school, its staff, its pupils and the quality of education they receive
• Designated Teacher for Child Protection and Safeguarding

Mrs Dot Farrell – Deputy Headteacher

• Responsible for the development of teaching and behaviour for learning
• Responsible for the running of the school in the absence of the headteacher
• Deputy Designated Teacher for Child Protection and Safeguarding

Mrs Vicky Bellman- Assistant Headteacher 

• Subject Lead Mentor- responsible for the Curriculum development 
• English Subject Lead

Mrs Leanne Atkins – Assistant Headteacher

• Deputy Designated Teacher for Child Protection and Safeguarding 
• Responsible for the school's provision for children eligible for Pupil Premium and Disadvantged Pupils

Mrs Katherine Keeler – Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator

• Responsible for the school’s provision for children with special education needs and children requiring additional support

Mrs Clare Skelland - School Business Manager 

• Responsible for back office functions of the school.  This includes the admin department, the school site, admissions, compliance and health and safety.
